Windsor Success Story

Hi Everyone,

Recently at the Windsor library I had a couple come in for a one on one session for their ipad and laptop. The ipads were practically new, and had barely been used; naturally they were curious as to how they could use them. We investigated the apps that had been loaded on by default, and slowly began to make it their own. We worked on contacts, e-mail and facetime, then began moving into photos and albums.

We took brief intermissions where we looked at something on the laptop, and then figured out how it could translate to use on the ipad. Slowly and surely, all sorts of questions were answered, and they began to understand how it worked and where they could find what they need.

At the end of the session, they were quite satisfied, and had all their questions answered. They commented, facetiously, "You should come live with us so you can answer any question we have."

All in all, it was a great session where we succeeded to learn how to use an ipad. Through patience, communication, and understanding we succeeded in our endeavor.
