Web searching has become hard for some community members lately with all the new updates to web sites they use to search or emails they are use to using. It seems members are using the site only one way and don't like the changes because it causes them to think they are doing something wrong.
I had one lady come in and have trouble finding medical claim forms. She was searching the wrong website and couldn't figure out why the forms were no where to be seen. I could see she was having trouble. I had to clarify with the lady what she really wanted to find. Ended up me telling her to type in the medical company along with the words medical claim forms. We looked at the searches... I told her its best to read the blurb on the google results before you just click on a title. With this information she was able to get to the site, find the forms and print them off for her family. The lady was so grateful!
