What have I done today to make it more likely someone ELSE will learn something?

Today an older lady had stopped in to use the computer. She was doing fine on her own... well that's what I thought? I was working then turned around to see her screen. I asked her do you need some help? She was a little embarrassed. But said "yes dear help would be wonderful". We walked through her computer troubles together. I made sure she knew I was there to help her. We managed to delete a email account which she no longer wanted. I helped her understand the different icons on the computer. How to minimize and close out of a website. I was able to help her print an article which her granddaughter was in. And I was able to help her with her online accounts. Over all this lady needed help. I helped her through all her computer troubles.

It's always nice to here.. "Thank you so much dear".
"I couldn't have done this without your help".
"Your very smart".
And the best thing to hear is "Okay dear I will see you next week for more help".
