Maker camp - Windsor Style.
I had a boy who has been coming all week while his sister is away at camp. He loved the 3D printer camp and is very technology savvy. He is also planning on attending my robotics workshop.
He was first one to arrive and we watched some demos of the duct tape wallet online. We watched the How to and then some variations. We each created a simple fold duct tape wallet and then a magic duct tape wallet where the money or cards start on one side and then flip to the other side of the wallet. He was enjoying himself. We were waiting for others who registered and said they were coming an hour late. The two hour workshop was almost over with the group of 25+ came through the door. I separated the table in the middle of the activity room and accommodated what we could! i worked hard to rush help and set up. We didn't have time to watch the videos with the group but I gave verbal instructions and my helped kid even lent a hand.
It was rushed for time and we went over but it was very successful :) Great Workshop!
