I had only one boy who was a bit older registered for my maker camp. I decided that with the 2 hours we would have a chance to create something awesome. we painted canvas with metallic spray paint and used hammer and nails to create a pattern with the nails. We nailed around the frame with less than an inch between each nail. We watched other videos of string art on you tube. We used multi coloured yarn to weave back and fourth creating a spiral pattern.
They turned out awesome! he is going to teach his sister at home all about it.
