What have I done today to be helpful?

Yesterday, a woman that comes into the C@P lab regularly asked me if I knew anything about printers, as she was interested in buying a new one. Although I don't know too much about them, I spent a lot of the afternoon helping her research about laser printers and find the best deals in the area. I know she really appreciated all the time I spent helping her, and I know that she'll be in soon to update me on her purchase!
