What have I done today to be helpful?

Today two young guys came in and they looked a little lost when they walked in the door! I asked them if I could help them and they both said "we don't know how to search for jobs online". Both young guys had just turned 16, and were looking to try and find a job. So we went over to the computers and I guided them through the process of searching for jobs on "jobbank". They both seemed nervous when they came in, but were smiling a bit later after they'd left. They assured me they would be back in a couple days to print off some resumes! :)
