What have I done today to make it more likely I will learn something?

Today (Well yesterday afternoon), I decided I would ask more questions. This sounds simple, and that's because it is! However, the more questions you ask, the more likely you are to learn something. So I asked people who came into the C@P the normal questions "How is your day going", "Is there anything I can help you with", but on top of that I asked them "What is it you'd like to get out of today's visit?" Sometimes it was as simple as they just wanted to check their e-mail, others were printing some things off, and some were pleased to hear the question and responded with "Well I'm glad you asked because I'd like to know more about your services". So yesterday I learned that sometimes people may be a bit unsure, or too shy to ask certain questions, so if YOU ask the questions they may feel more comfortable :). So to learn, I've decided to ask more questions!
