How I was helpful.

Today and yesterday I was able to help an older man. Yesterday, he and his wife came needing to get some important documents from a person(mail strike would make mailing too slow). I helped him set up a gmail account, so the person on the other side could email the documents to him. He did not know how to use a computer at all and at first was trying to click the back of the mouse to get it working. After some basic instructions on how to click I was able to guide him through the process of creating an email account. Today he came back again. This time I was able to help him look for a job online. He told me about his troubles. A few years ago his truck caught fire and all his equipment for his job was destroyed, his bosses have not been all that great in the last few years and on top of that his arm was broke several times in the last year. He was able to find possible job online and had another job interview lined up. As he left the site he said he may or may not be back to the C@P site depending on how his interviews go and proceed to walk home. He was an interesting old man and picked up basic computer skills fairly fast.
