Welcome to the Community Access Program, otherwise known as C@P. You are now a Summer Youth Intern. This blog was created so that we could share our projects, ideas and comments freely, and it is also a way for myself and Debbie, your Regional Coordinator, to update you on upcoming projects, activities, and reports.
I suppose I should introduce myself. My name is Meaghan MacFarlane, I'm from Hantsport, NS and I am your Summer Youth Intern Coordinator. I have just finished my first year of Business Administration at the Truro NSCC and absolutely love it. I also did three years at Mount Allison University (GO MOUNTIES). I love reading, horses, and movies. I've worked as a SYI Coordinator for three summers now, and have worked for C@P for six terms in total. I can honestly say that this is one of the best jobs I've ever had, and I'm hoping you will enjoy it too.
Keep posted on this blog for more information on your first project, as well as important dates to remember, and competitions. Again, this is not a formal place, rather a sounding board to hear everyone's thoughts. Should you need to get hold of me, you can email me at meaghanwindsor@gmail.com. Hope you have a great summer with C@P!
Oh... and this is our Regional greeting. I know, we're a little weird!
