Working for C@P this summer was a pretty great experience. I
like being able to help others each day and I think ‘bridging the gap’ for
seniors is an especially important and rewarding part of my job. Things were
quiet at times and varied depending on the site, Kingston had more kids,
Berwick had lots of one-on-ones, but overall I was generally able to help at
least one person each day. Debbie and Meaghan were great to work with and kept
things really organized, making our jobs a little easier and the projects that
were assigned were good for the down –time that I had when my sites weren’t
busy. I learned plenty of new skills that I imagine will be useful in my future
employment search and I hope C@P continues to be able to provide its
communities with the support that I’ve enjoyed offering this summer. I've enjoyed working with all of you and wish you all the best this year, thanks guys!
