Why having a c@p summer position is important to you

Having this c@p summer position is important for me to gain more experience. I have been working in the retail industry for the past 5 years and this is a great change of atmosphere! I enjoy helping others which is what I like most about this position! And it is also important for me to enhance my computer and technology skills as it is very useful in life.
