We hosted a workshop for social media of small businesses that was very sucessful. I was able to help out local business with twitter, and facebook. One lady who already had a facebook account for her store was able to revampt, and connect a twitter account to post on both places and she was very pleased. She is now posting pictures, status' and following many other local businesses. She even tweeted at me a few days after the workshop thanking me for the help. She felt like her clients were getting younger and younger and this was a great way to keep in touch and update her patrons. I am pleased that she was able to understand the workshop and is keeping up. Even with her successes she wants to come back and use her email list of clients from work to invite them to "like" and "follow" her page.
