Success Story

Yesterday a woman came in to Berwick so I could teach her to use a computer. I walked her through the start menu and what each program was for. I also explained what an internet browser was. We got her set up with a gmail account. She thought she had to put her middle initial so the mail wouldn't get mixed up with someone who had the same name...She also wasn't aware that you didn't need to buy a computer just to access email, she could use the ones right in the library! She was so happy!We tried a few test emails back and forth and she is going to make another appointment.
