A lady came in wanting to look for a house to rent/buy and to rent out her current house. I helped her navigate on Kijiji to search for houses to rent. As we were looking there were wanted adds for houses to rent. I showed her how to reply to the adds and before you knew it she had responded to at least 5 by herself.
She came in the following day very pleased as some people got back to her and came to view her house!
