Internet Explorer is a curse. I was able to help 3 CAP users by having them switch browsers. This allowed them to access their email, avoid error messages and load videos! Such a simple fix for all 3.
its a shame more people don't realize this. as a web developer, making my sites work with various versions of internet explorer was nothing short of a nightmare. xD
