Success Story

A lady had just bought a laptop and came to the c@p site to learn how to use it better. She had gotten her granddaughter to set her up a hotmail account. The only problem she had with that was that it was not a Canada e-mail account, she wanted to get rid of it. So I introduced gmail to her! She was surprised at how much easier it was to use, and she thanked me a bunch of times. It was great because such a simple thing to me made a whole world of difference to her.
