What have I done today to make it more likely some ELSE will learn something?

This one is from yesterday,
A lady just bought a new laptop and brought it here to learn how to use the internet, mainly to read the newspaper online. So hopefully I taught her some useful skills, like how to scroll up and down the page, and go use the backspace and space bar buttons. They are simple things, but essential for using a computer and I'm glad I could help. :)
