During a course that I took, we were presented with a link to an Email Charter (http://emailcharter.org/), for discussion. We certainly had a lively discussion and I shared it with my C@P colleagues for their input.

ReplyDeleteLooking at the 10 rules it seems to make sending and receiving emails easier. If everyone understood the rules it could make emailing not a hard task for busy business workers. My favorite one was where in the subject box you could write your message in it and put EOM and NNTR. This would save time of oping a message. Great thing to look at and maybe see where it takes off over the years. Will we see shorter messages and a cleaner inbox? Time will tell.
