What have I done today to be helpful?
Today I helped set up the library for the reptile show the Kentville Library was putting on. Setting up chairs, taping off walk areas, and keeping count of how many people were in attendance at the show.

Also, just as the show was beginning I held the door for a woman while she wheeled her child in to the library that was in a special wheelchair. I was happy to help.

What have I done today to make it more likely I will learn something?
Although unrelated to C@P I watched and enjoyed the reptile show, and learned about all the animals he brought along with him. It was a unique way to use an hour of my day.

 Have I done something positive about someone to their face?
 I spoke to a lot of the kids after the show about their favourite parts, and favourite animals they saw at during the show.

 What have I done today to be good to myself?
After work I have some errands to run, but I think I’ll make some time this evening to curl up with a book, or some quality time with Netflix.
