1.What have I done today to be helpful?

An older lady who had came into the Kingsport c@p site many times last year had returned today. She remembered my name and was pleased I had returned for the summer. She logged onto the computer and right away had a problem. I could see she was struggling. I asked would you like some help logging into your Yahoo account? She said yes please, I have seem to forgot how. I showed her how to access her account. She was pleased and complemented on how wonderful it was to see me again this summer. It's the days like these that make working for c@p worth wild.
